The little touches such as the massage chairs, hand massage, choice of beverage really set you apart from other salons in Bristol. Going for a haircut at the Putney salon is just a lovely experience – the staff are all very friendly and helpful. I have seen juniors at the start of their career who are working there as stylists a few year later – lots of familiar faces so they must be happy too!
