I had a great experience at your Sutton salon – Scott was my stylist; he was chatty, friendly and gave me a very good haircut – I don’t know whether it was the vintage cut, but it had the features I wanted in my consultation, and it is easy to syle and keep at home.
I took my 5 year old son for a cut on Friday. He is normally quite averse (!!) to having his hair cut but this time was fabulous. He loved the DVD selection, and Thomas was just naturally fantastic with him. You have obviously put a lot of thought into how to deal with children since the small kimono was perfect and turning the chair around was a great idea. He is very proud of his new haircut. It must be difficult getting a balance right for dealing with children since your salon is very sophisticated, and I wanted to tell you how successfully it was being handled in Bristol.
